In 1993 Bruce Thomas fulfilled a lifelong dream by getting his contractor's license and starting a small construction company from his home. Based on a lifetime commitment, BLT Construction is now incorporated with a dedicated crew of 30 highly skilled professionals. We specialize in multifamily housing remodeling, restoration and rehabilitation with over 10 years experience focused on working with large development and property management firms.

Locally Owned and Operated

Many "local" companies are really owned and operated out of Detroit, Pittsburg, Los Angeles, or even Hong Kong. They hire temporary crews from labor pools to come in and work on a job. Not BLT Construction. We live right here in San Diego County with direct ties to the local communityand it's economy. We boast a very low employee tunover rate, especially unique in this industry. Our customers find comfort in knowing that our crew is going to be around tomorrow to take care of any project.
